If you become aware, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that your Account credentials have been compromised, disclosed to, or accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify ambergame immediately at [email protected]. ambergame will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving verified notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification being received and acted upon.
ambergame accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your Cash Balance within the timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method. ambergame does not guarantee processing times that are solely within the control of third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and associated with your ambergame Account during KYC. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously linked to your Account are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00 unless otherwise stated.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, ambergame may require the completion of KYC verification, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
ambergame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Requests flagged for review may take up to five (5) business days to process pending completion of such review.

ambergame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void any pending or settled bets and forfeit any remaining balance, where ambergame has reasonable grounds to believe that:
In cases of suspected underage gambling, ambergame will withhold all funds pending age verification and will cooperate fully with any investigation by PAGCOR or relevant authorities. If age verification confirms the Account holder was under 21, all deposits will be returned to the original payment method and all winnings will be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ambergame customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding Cash Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure.
ambergame reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ambergame will provide reasonable notice by posting a notification on the Platform, sending a communication to your registered email address, or both.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify ambergame in writing of the nature of your dispute and to allow a period of thirty (30) days for ambergame to resolve the matter through good-faith engagement with ambergame's customer support and complaints resolution process.
Gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved directly with ambergame may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Center in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed online gaming operator complaints.
